Refund policy

At Melo, our ice cream bites are freshly prepared and delivered frozen. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Refunds & Replacements

We’ll gladly offer a refund or replacement if:

  • You receive a damaged or leaked product

  • You receive the wrong item

  • The product arrives completely melted or unfit for consumption

How to Raise a Request

Please email us at support@themelocompany.com within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

Requests raised after 24 hours may not be eligible.

Resolution

Once verified, we will:

  • Send a replacement, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Minor melting that does not affect quality

  • Taste preferences

  • Delivery issues due to incorrect address or unavailability

All refunds and replacements are subject to verification and Melo reserves the right to make the final decision.
