At Melo, our ice cream bites are freshly prepared and delivered frozen. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Refunds & Replacements
We’ll gladly offer a refund or replacement if:

You receive a damaged or leaked product

You receive the wrong item

The product arrives completely melted or unfit for consumption
How to Raise a Request
Please email us at support@themelocompany.com within 24 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
Requests raised after 24 hours may not be eligible.
Resolution
Once verified, we will:

Send a replacement, or

Issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
Not Eligible for Refund

Minor melting that does not affect quality

Taste preferences

Delivery issues due to incorrect address or unavailability
All refunds and replacements are subject to verification and Melo reserves the right to make the final decision.
